Overview:
Maintaining landfill slopes requires more than standard mowing equipment. Steep grades, uneven terrain, and large coverage areas create unique operational and safety challenges that require the right equipment, experienced operators, and a reliable team.
Effluent Retrieval Services was brought in to provide ongoing slope cutting and vegetation management services, helping maintain the site’s appearance, accessibility, and overall operations with three cuts in 2026.
The Challenge:
Landfill slopes can be difficult and potentially hazardous to maintain. Steep slopes, uneven terrain, and overgrown vegetation can impact visibility, restrict access, and create challenges across the site.
